These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Betvisha ("we", "the Platform") and the user ("you", "member"). By using the betvisha.best website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• "Account" — a registered user's profile and associated wallet.

Reasons for Withdrawal Delays

Withdrawals may be placed on hold in certain situations — such as incomplete KYC, suspicious account activity, or unmet bonus wagering requirements. In these cases, the support team will reach out to you.

Betvisha offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that should be read carefully before claiming.

General Bonus Terms

• A wagering requirement must be completed before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is generally 20–30x.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days.
• Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.

Bonus Abuse Prevention

Betvisha actively works to prevent bonus abuse. If any of the following activities are detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended:

• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts
• Intentionally placing low-risk bets to meet bonus wagering requirements
• Sharing a device with friends or acquaintances to claim bonuses

The following general rules apply when placing bets on Betvisha:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Live odds apply to bets placed after a match has started.
• If an event is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.
• Betvisha reserves the right to void bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.

If a Match is Cancelled or Postponed

If a match is abandoned before 90 minutes (football) or 20 overs (T20) and is not resumed, international betting rules will be applied to determine the outcome. In most cases, bets on incomplete matches are voided and stakes are refunded.

Changes in Odds

The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final. Even if the odds change afterwards, the odds applied to your bet will remain unchanged.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Betvisha platform:

1. Creating or operating multiple accounts.
2. Participating in match fixing or any form of fraud.
3. Using a VPN or proxy to access the platform from a restricted region.
4. Hacking, using bots, or placing bets through automated software.
5. Using funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
6. Creating an account using someone else's identity.
7. Fraudulently claiming bonuses.
8. Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain.

Betvisha may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of prohibited activity is found.
• KYC verification failure or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Accounts left inactive for an extended period (12 months) will be considered dormant.
• When the user requests self-exclusion on their own.
• By court order or for legal reasons.

Account Closure by User

You may close your account at any time. Contact our support team and the account will be closed within 24 hours. We recommend withdrawing your balance before submitting the closure request.

Betvisha is not liable for the following:

• Bets missed due to loss of internet connection.
• Loss caused by issues with the user's own device.
• Payment delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Loss resulting from sharing your account password with another person.
• Temporary service interruption due to unexpected technical issues.

In the event of any dispute or complaint, Betvisha's decision shall be considered final. However, we commit to reviewing all matters fairly at all times.

Betvisha takes user privacy very seriously. Information collected at registration is used solely for the following purposes:

• Account management and verification.
• Payment processing.
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
